She was last seen on Friday at 3:00 a.m. by her roommate in UCSB's Manzanita Village residence hall. She was carrying a turquoise Jansport backpack and a red razer A5 scooter. Her cell phone is reportedly off or dead.

Friends report she had multiple community service events scheduled for Friday and Saturday, which she did not attend, and she did not discuss leaving town.

Very sad she would make this decision with her whole life in front of her. As bad as things may seem in your life they are never so bad as to end it. Her parents must be so sad.

I’m happy she is no longer hurting inside but I’m sad for her family and friends. Some people think everyone that is depressed and suicidal can always be “fixed” but that’s the farthest from the truth. RIP Annie.
