Is this the same as, <https://www.noozhawk.com/articles/vegetation_fire_erupts_

It's beyond time for all the public easements, Amtrak, CalTrans, City/County along the 101 and RR to be cleared of all brush and the trees to have metal 'collars'. Once the clearing is done, there would need to be daily patrols. This will be expensive but so is the $10K/month relocating people to the promised Rose Garden and the cost of the public workers, firefighters and police, to service these areas —- plus, of course, the added (probably) insurance premiums for those unfortunate enough to have businesses or homes in these areas.

For clarification, these vagrants were promised the Rose Garden Inn; not the Mission Rose Garden.

That pesky lightning strikes again! I wonder what we can do to prevent further lightning strike fires? Strangest thing is there wasn't a single cloud in the sky! Saint Elmo's fire maybe? Who knows!

A "spot fire" as in homeless camping spot fire? I'm blown away at how many of these career homeless campers don't know how to contain their campfire. Honestly, many of them have been homeless, by choice, for many years and having a fire is a normal daily thing.

I looked up the Rose Garden Inn. Rooms were over $400. Surely that isn't where the public is housing the "homeless", is it? If so, Motel 6 would be less inappropriate.

I cannot believe that, $400. Source?
I mean, from what I've read the place is like that hotel at Alamar and State that houses construction workers and -- low, poor people.
And they show "No Availability" online.
