Vehicle rollover on Highway 154 at W. Camino Cielo.
I think it's texting.

What's with all the rollovers lately? Is staying upright on the road now optional, emerging from the pandemic?
That reminds me of a fellow I spoke with who had come here from Eastern Europe, and was learning English. As part of his graduation from the class he had to give a talk to the group. His assigned subject was "Why do we drive on the side of the road that we do?"
Being a physicist, he explained that driving on the underside of the road took too much energy, and the vehicles would be very expensive.
Pickup truck that rolled over, driver with a head injury, dog appears to be ok.
According to the CHP Web Site Male hit his head hard probably an injury accident, Solo vehicle, dog out of vehicle.
