Thats not good if a fire hydrant being hit actually floods your home

Ugh what a pain!! This may actually be something that needs flood insurance for but I hope not.
Public Works responding...
Several engine companies on scene another home flooded or with water damage the fire department was able to shut down the hydrant so that is good... I sure home they catch the hit and run driver.
