Cash Reward! Lost leather black folio near Modoc and La Cumbre

As the title said i think a black leather folio got left on the roof of my car while driving on modoc. I will pay 100$ cash to whomever finds it. My contact info is inside on my business cards. Any help is much appreciated as this contains work documents.
