The Noe Valley filing follows a series of similar Chapter 11 filings involving related Fiorella restaurant entities in 2025. Project Pizza Sunset LLC filed for bankruptcy on April 1, 2025, followed by Project Pizza LLC on May 20, 2025, and Project Pizza Polk LLC on July 2, 2025. Each case involved separate restaurant locations seeking to reorganize their finances.

About the Business

Fiorella was founded in 2015 by Brandon Gillis and Boris Nemchenok with the goal of bringing wood-fired pizza and modern Italian cuisine to San Francisco neighborhoods.

Over time, the group expanded to several locations across the city, including the Richmond District, Polk Street, the Sunset District, and Noe Valley.
