Most of the company’s debt stems from unsecured claims totaling $15.76 million. The filing lists several legal proceedings involving Alumicraft, including a wrongful death case filed by the estate of Kuhnhenn in Multnomah County Circuit Court and two insurance-related cases involving State Farm.
The document also references cross-litigation between Alumicraft LLC and Alumi Craft Inc. in San Diego Superior Court involving breach of contract or warranty claims.
Barring the wrongful death lawsuit, all other cases are pending.
