Thirty-Three local organizations received support from the St. Francis Foundation, with awards nearing a million dollars in total giving.
Established in 1956, St. Francis Foundation of Santa Barbara annually awards grants to local agencies focused on helping to relieve human suffering. By stewarding resources entrusted to them, coupled with stellar endowment management, the St. Francis Foundation is privileged and positioned to support many worthy and vital causes in the community.

Some of the local recipients included Friendship Center, Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation, Santa Barbara Scholarship Foundation, Doctors without Walls, Serenity House, Hillside House, Parish Nurses, Easy Lift, PathPoint, Hospice of SB, Organic Soup Kitchen, Pacific Pride, Westmont Nursing Program, Showers of Blessings and more!

The St. Francis Foundation has been a cherished mainstay in the community for nearly 70 years, and their plans to continue support of local organizations is slated for another 10 decades.
All donations to the St. Francis Foundation go to local nonprofits that prescribe to the St. Francis Mission (to promote healing and wholeness throughout our community.)
