RogueFox Entertainment, LLC, the company behind Player One Arcade Bar in North Hollywood, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

The company, which also operates under the name DBA Player One Arcade Bar, filed the bankruptcy petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California, according to the court filing.

Filed on May 12, 2026, the petition seeks to reorganize the company under Chapter 11, which usually proposes a reorganization plan to ensure that the business stays open and creditors are paid over time. Under Chapter 11, the debtor usually remains in possession, has the powers and duties of a trustee, can continue business operations, and, with the court’s approval, may also borrow additional money.

RogueFox also indicated that it chooses to proceed under Subchapter V of Chapter 11. This subchapter is intended for small businesses and offers a faster and more efficient restructuring plan. Unlike in traditional Chapter 11, under Subchapter V, business owners can usually retain their equity interests even if unsecured creditors are not paid in full.

  • Type of Filing: Voluntary Chapter 11 petition
  • Chapter: 11
  • Industry: Not specified
  • Case Number: 26-02058-JBM11
  • Court: Southern District of California
  • Estimated Liabilities: Between $100,001 and $500,000
  • Estimated Creditors: Between 1 and 49

RogueFox Entertainment listed its principal address as 5173 Waring Road, Ste A78, in San Diego, while its principal assets are located at 5126 Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood.

The company estimated its assets to be between $100,000 and $500,000 and stated that funds will be available for distribution to its unsecured creditors.

The company has not filed for bankruptcy in the past eight years and has no pending affiliated bankruptcy cases, according to PACER.

The filing shows that the company identified itself under NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) industry code 7224, which covers establishments that prepare and serve alcoholic beverages for immediate on-premises consumption, such as bars, nightclubs, and pubs.

Among the largest unsecured creditors of RogueFox is BMP Management, which is listed as a disputed, contingent, and unliquidated landlord claim totaling $110,600.

RogueFox’s creditor lists included several financial institutions and vendors. Some of the significant creditors include Chase Bank (with a total of $50,000 claims across multiple accounts), U.S. Bank (credit card claims worth over $27,000 across multiple accounts), and Capital One (credit card claims worth nearly $27,000 across several accounts).

The company also owes unpaid wages to several individuals, according to the filing.

The petition was signed by Chris Brooks, identified as RogueFox’s manager. The company is being represented by attorney Kit James Gardner of the San Diego-based Law Offices of Kit J. Gardner.
