The public is welcome to attend.
When Bad Things Happen: Preparing and Managing During a Crisis
The Santa Barbara chapter of the national organization Association for Women in Communication (AWC-SB) will examine the specific set of steps for organizations to prepare a communications response when the news is far less than good at its next meeting, scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 3. The monthly meeting will be held via Zoom and the public is welcome.

The Santa Barbara Chapter of the Association for Women in Communications will present Creating Your Own Sizzle Reel Video on Nov. 4, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. via Zoom. Facilitated by Erica Schweitzer, board member of the AWC-SB professional group, the Creating Your Own Sizzle Reel Video meeting will be an interactive workshop. Television producer and talent Rebecca Brand also will make a presentation.

The honorees will receive their awards on Friday, April 24, 2020 at the Hyatt Hotel in Santa Barbara.
