World Premiere of Amateur Skaters
The feature-length documentary, directed by one of the youngest filmmakers of the century at age thirteen, was shot on location in Santa Barbara County. Lefevre explores the world of skateboarding through the lens of four young skaters. Pushing themselves to be the best they can, they endure many physical and emotional obstacles and grow as both skaters and individuals.

Jazz at the Lobero presents Pat Metheny Side-Eye
Jazz at the Lobero welcomes Pat Metheny Side-Eye to the Lobero Theatre on Wednesday, September 29 at 8 PM. Receiving great acclaim for his recent classical guitar album Road to the Sun, Metheny is set to dive back into his beloved trio format. Renowned as one of the brightest stars of the jazz community, Metheny will be joined onstage by two of the hottest young musicians on the scene, James Francies (keyboards, piano) and Joe Dyson (drums). The trio will be performing music from across Pat Metheny's massive career as well as new material unique to this live band.

We are grateful to the Santa Barbara Community for their generous support during the global pandemic and would like to share the love. Gill’s set will pull from his 3 full length albums, his deep ALO catalog and some classic covers. He will be joined onstage by ALO bandmate Steve Adams and Jack Johnson cohort Adam Topol, as well as local favorites, Spencer the Gardener, Joe Woodard with Tableaux Sonique, Téka, and more. The event is first-come first-served and seats 550 people.
