Shipping of edhat.com merchandise is through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow at least 7 days before your order is processed and is shipped. If you’d like it shipped sooner, email us with a request at info@edhat.com
Edhat products are available to ship worldwide. Final shipping rates are determined by USPS due to the weight and size of the package. Domestic rates will use first-class mailing services when applicable, all others will use priority services. International shipping may incur additional fees depending on location.
Edhat.com accepts all major credit card carriers and edhat gift cards.
Email us at info@edhat.com if you’d like to exchange your product to determine what is available. Shipping rates to be covered by the customer.
Edhat.com accepts returns for products within 30 days of delivery. Products must not be used, damaged, or compromised. Email info@edhat.com with your order number and reason for return. Repackage the item and mail it to the below address. Processing a refund for the product may take up to 30 days upon receiving the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
