Drive-Thru's

My 2 year old son (Beau- recall his photo from May 2011 with the yellow flower?) just fell asleep in our car, and so in order to promote a nice, loooong nap I proceeded to drive around for a bit longer than originally intended. This caused me to consider, what good/services we have available to us in drive-thru's. All that I can find are: fast food (not a healthy past time) pharmaceuticals (see note re: fast food) and a few banks. Now I know that some states have drive thru bars (I, personally am fine with those not being in CA); do any Ed-Hatters know of something I have missed?
