I have 1 bag plus carry-on. I think that from Turnpike to the SB Airport should be about $20 or less.

We always use Gold Cab. They're always reliable. It will probably cost you around $15-20 (pre tip) to get to the airport from there I'm guessing.

Have you considered using a private driver? Tom Carroll is very reliable. You have to book him in advance. 805-886-4978. Not positive, but I think his hourly charge is around $25, but ask to be sure.

We use Lucky Cab anytime we have flights out of SBA and they've always arrived at our house a little early or on-time.

Yellow Cab. I'm at Turnpike also and had to be picked up at oh dark 4:45am for a flight. Told them my sitch and to not honk or come to the door as I was ready (unlike my neighbors, I'm considerate), did a great job and with tip - I was generous for how early it was and I was his last fare- it was $20.

I was rear - ended in my car at the airport by a taxicab. Of all things, the name of the company was "Fly by night cab company" (really you can't make such things up)! I guess there is no way to find a reliable cab company using their name although there used to one call "Reliable cab company"!

#5 for Yellow Cab. Always reliable, on time (even on the wee hours), clean, courteous and safe drivers. An easy to remember number: 9, then the rest are 6's. I always go with them.

Thanks for all the advice. I'm gong to go with Yellow Cab. I like the fact that they are an Employee Owned company. I work for a company like that. As an Employee Owner, you strive to always make things better and offer the best services you can.
