Where Is This House?

Can you locate this home (that is, if it still exists)? My wife's grandmother used to live in SB and rented this home (she called it a duplex) in 1939. The only clues she has given are that it is/was west of the court house & "parallel to O St" (what I can decipher from her writing). Perhaps O standing for Ortega. It would be nice to take a picture of my wife in front of it and send it back to her dear grandma.

Anyone know if it still exists and where?
