Since Supply Sergeant no longer has a store in town, does anyone have an idea where to find them without driving to LA? Already checked a military surplus store in Ventura without success.

OP here. The problem with ordering online is I'm not sure what size I wear (my last falling-apart pair was abandoned by the recycle bin in a campground in northern Australia) so I need to try them on in person. Thanks for the ref to the store in SLO -- any other suggestions are still welcome.

Be careful not to get Chinese knockoffs. The last pair I got were $125, but they were made in USA by the same manufacturer who supplies the military (Altama).
