Handheld Hummingbird

I saw the beautiful hummingbird pictures on edhat today. A friend came to visit me in July. She got a hummingbird to land on her finger by standing still for about 5-10 minutes as the birds came and ate (I have about 8 - 10 humming birds that share/fight over this feeder). Finally, one landed on her finger instead of the plastic railing. I stood in my doorway, capturing the event.
