I am looking for a management or supervision training seminar or workshop for blue collar workers. It's
not always an easy transition from line crew to supervisor and I'd like to ease this for our employees. Does
anyone have helpful suggestions?

I have attended numerous courses/workshops conducted by Katherine Stackpoole and found her refreshingly straight forward. I had previously looked upon these workshops as a general waste of everyone's time, until I attended her. Her web page is:
