Suspect white male 6' 170 pounds brown hair hazel eyes wearing black trunks, white shirt blue and white tennis shoes..He's a resident at the Rescue Mission. They are waiting for the chopper.

At least for now looks like the bad guy is WINNING. The chopper can't see thru all the brush SBSO and City PD Meeting in nookie rock park for de breifing..

The chopper pilot says the brush is really heavy going thru the creek bed and they can't see thru it. S o they might give up or keep going.. But right now they are having a meeting..
