I know this isn't Santa Barbara but there are lots of ties. My best friend came out to visit from Maine last week. He went to UCSB, did many plays, musicals, etc around town in the 70's and 80's. I took him to SB Shellfish to show him the price of live Maine Lobster ($39 for a pound and half dinner). I told him how local bugs direct from the lobstermen in the harbor were $27 a pound last season. He chuckled. When he got home he sent me this picture just to rub it in. It's unfair!
