Slough Sunrise

I have no idea what got into me this morning...anyone who knows me, knows I hate getting up early. Here is proof, that even I can get up with the birds. Goleta Beach Slough provided a gorgeous setting for the sunrise this morning...I was there so early, even the birds were still asleep! It was fun watching the egrets and their young ones, fishing in the still morning hours....hmmm, maybe I could get used to this!
