Making a 'simple' frame from naturally bent branches is not as simple as making it from dimensional lumber. It may be a bit pricey, but someone can do it.

Check out the frames on Etsy. Perhaps those will serve or, at least, you could contact the frame makers.

Is there a reason you don't make it yourself? At a minimum, you could give it a try, maybe even with something as simple as the right size cheap frame, the branches, and a glue gun...
