A man is terrorizing apartments on the 2500 block of Modoc. It is a Code 40, man pounding on doors and windows.

I used to live in those apartments too..Very strange things went on there.. I got home late one night and there were some satanists in the pool. I moved after that.

These guys were naked they were talking some Hoo Doo Voo Doo about Thy Great Satan! I didn't wait around to hear the rest. I aien't got nothing aganist guys touching each otter while worshiping thy Great Satan. I just don't want to watch...If it would have been women I might have stayed awhile.
