Sunday Where Is It Contest
updated: Aug 18, 2012, 12:00 PM
By the Dedicated Staff
In the highly anticipated Sunday Contest we went back to our Edhat roots and chose to do a Wednesday
Where Is It photo contest. Our team walked the streets of Santa Barbara (and surrounding areas) to find
an interesting and possibly brain-busting snapshot. To jog your memory, here is what we posted:

Deciding the winner was almost too close to call, but as you know, there can only be one. A lot of you
Santa Barbarians knew the general area of where this was taken or part of the building name. Since
accuracy is key with these contests, it came down to semantics and we chose the winner who most accurately
named the building and location.
Congratulations to Edhat subscriber neighbor for identifying Saint Vladimir Russian
Orthodox Church on 1328 Castillo Street. There was some confusion determining the winner as
this establishment is also spelled Russion Orthodox, but our staff made the trek back to the location
and snapped a photo of the sign to grant the appropriate winner.

Thanks to all who played and check our Sunday Edhat for the next game!
