Every time I drive by 8708 N. Ventura, Casitas Springs I wonder what is being built. Started out as a bunch of small brick towers, then walls went up making a bunch of little rooms, maybe 6' x 8' floor plan each with entry door to outside. There is also a single solar panel per room. I didn't see plumbing installed so I wonder if they are planning on a communal bath set-up?
