Into SBSO told them he was 242ed Assaulted but they knew he was driving the vehicle that crashed. Dispatch asked if there was another passanger that might be injured. No one else was in a car..A bicyclist was the witness.

SBPD requesting clean up for leaky fluids comming from the vehicle. The vehicle and occupants are from back East. Sounds like there might have been a driver and a passanger..Possibly.
