800 Block of North Milpas street victim a 13 year old female. Suspect 45-50 year old Italian male wearing
grey shirt and black pants. He was with a hispanic woman with brown hair. Reporting Party stated he was
grabbing the 13 year old female, people were asking him to stop. Victim suspect and hispanic adult female
left in a black car.

Everything I heard on the scanner I e-mailed to Edhat. I report pretty much what I hear. I know a fellow that works in that block who looks Italian but is Hispanic but I really don't think it's him. He might have been the person that called it in.
