If this photo is true, then as a self-designated representative of the SB Mesa and surrounding areas/beaches, I IMPLORE EdHatters to mark your calendars and attend, or at the very LEAST send an email to the SB City Council denouncing this fee proposal as unacceptable. Thank you.
