Does anyone have any suggestions for a good elder specialist attorney to help a senior citizen couple with little means to plan the best way to pass their home to their kids while being covered under Medical?

Margaret Barnes very helpful, discreet, low keyed. Chris Johns also good as well as Howard Simon - over the decades our family has had good results with all three. Margaret would be my #1 choice.

Barnes can suck your estate dry with nunecessary work, if you are not watching. She is scary.

Was not too happy with Mark Aijian. ~~~~~ Some of the language in my Living Trust doesn't make sense and will need to be rewritten in a couple years. For example: He put that my daughter will get money when she turns 25yrs old, instead of 5yrs after I die... (you can change the numbers), but I want to hold back 75% of my Estate for a couple years after I die, then release the rest after that. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
So, now my daughter is in her 30's, so this living trust is almost worthless and have to be rewritten, which will cost me money. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Most of the stuff you can do yourself, without an attorney, like designating beneficiaries on everything, including checking accts, savings, mutual funds, IRA's, Roth's, retirement accts, vehicles, ....
