Anyone know about a reverse 911 call that went out in Goleta saying those in the area of Coronado to close and lock doors? My neighbor got it, but I didn't.

I live off SB Shores, was walking the dog in the area and saw all the police activity on Coronado. Police said there was a prowler. I did not receive the reverse 911 so perhaps they apprehended the person before notifying the whole neighborhood.
