A 417 report of a subject in a vehicle waving a firearm out the window. The vehicle is a white Mustang heading North on Highway 101.

CHP has 3 units on scene they were behind the vehicle..The vehicle is stopped with CHP and SO Units at Fairview Center in front of Radio Shack. Everything sounds ok..

The word is the CHP has 4 detained SNOT very smart waving a gun out of a car window guys..
