Injured Horses Rescued Safely

A truck hit the center divider guardrail, jack knifing the horse trailer, injuring both horses. Our animal ambulance, tow trucks, and Troy Herthel, DVM arriving on scene with APEX horse trailer to transport injured horses.

Troy Herthel, DVM sedated the injured horse, applied a cast where the hoof was ripped off. She was a little letharic in getting into the APEC horse trailer for transport to Dr. Doug Herthel horse clinic.
