I heard a bunch of sirens on and around Cheltenham and Foothill a few minutes ago. What's up?

Hey.... you won't believe it. There were sirens on Hitchcock too and a car chase involving some kind of underpowered car with what two occupants and several law enforcement vehicles. They caught up with the guy 3 blocks later and a total of 5 cars from both PD & CHP. Is that the incident you're referring to?

Seriously? This place is fine for cat pictures, but for our emergency info is delayed as much as any other free site these days.

Actually, thanks, @687...I was able to look at the County Fire Twitter feed and find out why there was a fire truck and ambulance on my street last night.

Santa Barbara City doesn't do Twitter feeds. So Edhat gives us a heck of alot of information. BTW Arriba Way is in the City not the County.

729P: Just barely in the city, you have to drive through the county to get to Arriba Way.
