This week I was walking in the neighborhood and saw a SoCal Edison truck parked and inside was the driver looking at a laptop and from what I could see there were charts and graphs on the screen. The next day I noticed this on the curb in Samarkand right where the truck was parked and now they are all over the neighborhood. They have just been put up recently. Does anybody know why they are putting them out now. Samarkand has had underground utilities for years and someone says it is something that should have been put up years ago. Maybe Smartmeter warning?
