Vacation Apt on Maui in August 2012 for rent

I have two one-week reservations in August at Kahana Falls Resort on Maui (near Lahaina) that I won't be using. They are available for August 10-17 [sleeps 2] and/or 17-24 [sleeps 4]. Both weeks are for a one-bedroom (queen-sized bed) and one-bath (shower/bathtub Jacuzzi) apartment with full kitchen, dinning area, living room, washer/drier, cable TV, Internet, DVD/CD player, stereo, and a large lanai (balcony). The apartment that sleeps 4 has a sleeper sofa in the living room. The resort is a small, low rise complex, across the street from the public beach. It is located a few miles north of Lahaina and Ka'anapali'i on the Kahana coast. It is close to beaches, golfing, shopping, and restaurants.

I would like to recover as much of my $1,200 per week annual TimeShare fees as possible. I will consider all reasonable offers. A $250 security deposit and payment in full is requested at the time of signing the rental agreement. Hawaii imposes a small vacation tax of $5-$10 per day, which is payable to the resort at checkout.
