People are Surprisingly Careless

Looking at an aerial he snapped of Shoreline Park on a relaxing Sunday evening flight, I found a surprise. We've always liked the Park, and have special memories of a major family event at the East end by the bench. So I snapped it as we flew past today. Looking at the pic later I wondered if the cliff, left side of the pic, is the area where the couple climbed the fence and fell onto the beach. Then at full resolution I noticed the guy in a white shirt (upper right in the second pic) near the edge facing away toward what looks like a child. Maybe it's time to post signs or something?
