Santa Barbara Breakwater Message

During Wednesday night sailboat race, we saw "SEASICK YET DOCKED" painted in huge letters on the Santa Barbara breakwater. It is only visible from the ocean. It doesn't look like graffiti because the letters were large and perfectly painted.
