Wayward Pelican

This wayward pelican was a little far from home. Pelican on Old Coast Hwy by the city tennis court. He was very friendly to allow
close up pictures. I had seen him earlier on the tennis courts which is very strange. Maybe the bird sanctuary has displaced him or maybe he's injured don't
know. What should I do just keep an eye on him?
