Director of Program Operations, Development & Evaluation

Non-Profit Organization seeks experienced youth development professional for FT Director of Program Operations, Development & Evaluation position, responsible to manage, supervise and evaluate all program initiatives of the organization including program management, development, planning, and evaluation; personnel management; budgeting; and program and organizational capacity building. 

Must have Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree or Ph.D. preferred) with an emphasis in early childhood education, child and adolescent development, elementary education, or social work and 4+ years experience in program management, research, development, and evaluation with progressive management responsibilities preferably at the senior management level.  Experience in youth development field required.  Experience in childcare licensing preferred.
