Solstice Questions

How do I find out the road closures are for the Solstice Parade? When does the parade start? I seem to remember they close Anacapa at Mission? But I also remember that not making sense since the Parade starts at the beach and goes to the park? Thanks for any help!!

The parade starts at Cota and State. Go to Alameda Park this afternoon and see previews of the main performance entrants and see the layout of things before the crush of tomorrow. Take a cab! Ask someone to drop off/ pick up.
