A hazardous condition on the 1400 Block of East Cabrillo Blvd. A reported strong odor of ammonia is coming from the Duck Pond at the Bird Refuge.

Engine 2 reports that there is no problem at the duck pond. "It's normal pond odor." That is what the fireman said. I guess it's normal when the pump is not working.
