June 5, 2012- A Slew of Birds

The great blue herons and great egrets were having quite the feast this weekend in the Goleta Slough. Their wings and coloring makes them look very majestic against the background of the slough.

In local news, Deputies locate and remove thousands of marijuana plants from the Los Padres Forest, the SB Search and Rescue team was able to rescue stranded hikers, and the Zoo Brew photos made everyone thirsty but reignited Ed?s hangover headache.
