Does anyone know where I can buy a Honka Hoota in town? I know Velo doesn't have them, I haven't
checked out any of the other bike shops.

Oops, forgot to tell you all that a Honka Hoota is a small, bell-sized air horn gizmo for bicycles. They are very loud for their size.

$9.99 at Amazon if you were going to drive all over town, otherwise call a shop and maybe they can order one for you.

Well, I hardly ever drive, so it would be a lot of miles on my bike, or lots of phone calls. I did check it out on-line, but I like to spend my money at our local shops. Hence my question if anyone knows if they are locally available. I'm hoping one of our fine cycle shops will let me know if they carry them.

Seems to me there was only one disagreeable post; it was clear no one knew and the suggestions to call the bike shops made sense to me. As for posting questions, I don't know - I know for me, I don't post questions until I have found there is no other likely way of getting info --- and I have appreciated the responses that I have then received.
