Bums in the park are pretty rare, the homeowners complain right away. During 4th of July you should see the amount of grills everyone brings to the park. Everyone blocks off their spots with caution tape, and at dark thirty in the morning they start arriving and dropping off these gorgeous gas grills, tables, tents, chairs, it is pretty amazing to walk around and see the set ups. But after cooking all day, and then the end of the fireworks, now you have to pack all the crap back up and go home! So glad I live up here and can just walk!

Yes, people do it all the time. Please dispose of the coals properly.
