While age-related increases in blood pressure are commonplace in the U.S., that does not seem to be the case among hunter-gatherers and forager-horticulturists.

The proof is in the pudding. This is how people were intended to live. Simple, self sufficient lives.

Seven months after switching to a diet of fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, eggs and weekly servings of rice, chicken and fish, I'd lost 50 pounds and stopped taking blood pressure medication. Blood tests show pancreas, liver and kidneys are all functioning well again. I'm not hungry and I'm not subject to food cravings. Industrialized food is the culprit, especially wheat and sugar. It's worth giving them up!

As we say amongst the Chumash.....'Liya Cho'...it`s all good....I wanted to say "No worries mate" or "Akoona mata ta" but my Smuwich' is`nt so good...
