Kimchi

This is Kimchi, named after the fermented vegetable dish of Korea. After much internal wrangling, she was adopted in February and joins Durian, cat of the week January 2012. Like Durian, Kimchi was rescued from the streets of Los Angeles and taken to a foster family in Simi Valley. The litter of three had to be bottle fed as mom was missing. Kimchi is the runt of the litter, weighing in at 4lbs at 5 months of age. She makes up for her size and weight by being lightening fast and oh, so agile. She speeds around the house and takes out anything in her path. She has no fear. Besides playing non-stop with Durian, she has a habit of removing all the pillows of the couch and chair, daily. She is never at rest; getting photos of her is quite a challenge.
