Residents can smell too..I'm just curious but how do they smell? Do they stick their noses high up in the air as if they are taking a wiff of their future blessed glory? Or do they just sniff the air in front of them?

Well many pedestrians cross the street in a responsbile manner like that poor woman who was in the crosswalk at Calle Morolas and State street when that idoit in the pick up truck ran her down and like the coward he is he kept going...I think motorists need to be reminded that pedestrians have the right of way in crossing the streets of Santa Barbara. I think motorists should be reminded that they can pick up the California Drivers Handbook for free at any DMV in the State. They also need to be reminded to read that handbook. Run me down in a crosswalk and if there is one breath left in my crushed and crumbled body I will not be going to the hospital alone.
