The subject in the attached ATM surveillance photo from 29 S. Milpas Street in Santa Barbara is a suspect in the theft of money from the victim's account. The victim had accidentally left his ATM card in the machine. The subject accessed the victim's account and withdrew several hundred dollars. If you recognize this subject please contact SBPD Det.
