I didn't know that there was a protest turned into an uprising that wasn't, at DLG Plaza on Saturday. I just happened to be watching The Trial of Billy Jack at the same time. It was kinda weird hearing the dialog from this movie almost 40 years old and the scanner today in 2012. I think the police deserve another Thank You for facing off with those bullies, Thank You SBPD for putting those Bullies in their place.
I heard a lot of weird calls well not a lot, but more than unusual. I heard the SBSO put out a BOL for suspects involved in shoving someone off a cliff at More Mesa. Awhile later the BOL was cancelled but there was still an investigation. I would like to know what really happened. There has been no word on that. So I'm wondering, what really happened? Does anyone out there know?
At around 2:30 in da am Saturday heard what sounded like either a medical emergency on a beach, or maybe a fall from a cliff. Pelican Beach? Is that in Goleta? I never heard of it ‘til right then..."No I don't get out much anymore, it's all right though I don't mime."
