Mid-Week Scanneroni Reports...Another chair has bitten the dust beneath my girth. It's actually a record. I think I bought this chair like 10 days ago over at Catholic Charities. Cannot afford to buy new chairs since I break them anyway. It is indeed a tragedy, especially when I'm watching a movie and suddenly find myself on the floor unable to get up because I'm shaped like Dumpty Humpty.
I hope no one gets offended when I talk about myself like this by somehow relating to my weird traits. I don't get easily offended about things like being called names especially since I call myself names all the time. I really am shaped like Dumpty Humpty in a roundabout way. Maybe I'd be more comfortable sitting on a wall. I'm just about done painting my sleeping area a little bit more and the place will look pretty good. I have to get rid of things and fix a storage area outside I'm so burned out I don't want to finish. I will though I have some help.
We sure have a lot of burglaries and thefts around here. The otter day I heard a storage unit got hit just around the corner from me. It seems like given the opportunity, thieves will take anything. I figure why steal? Sooner or later you can find anything ya need on Craigs List for free, or real cheap. It's pretty consistent on the scanner one theft or another. Burglary, shoplifting, purse, wallet theft, tip jars, cash, robberies here and there. But mostly they are opportunity thefts. Think about that don't leave your bicycle unlocked if you're just going to be away from it a minute, it only takes a few seconds to steal it. Don't leave your key under the door mat that is the first place they look after a planter. Don't leave your windows open in your home and leave even to go to the store, because you might need more than food when you come home. It's a horrible thing when you can't even empty the trash without locking your door because someone might be in your house. Don't give anyone the Opportunity to make you a Victim.

I didn't hear the address on this one but I'll tell you I cried when I heard it. A woman wanted to kill her dog then kill herself. Thing about it is people should really think before they say things like that. More than likely she's in 72 Hour hold, and she's lost her dog.
What a bummer man totally bums me out to hear that. Like that guy a couple weeks ago side of the railroad tracks in an RV Dead self-inflicted gunshot wound his dog left running around. Of course I don't know; someone put a little thing on Craigslist about it. Says the guy would never kill himself. Who Knows? Dog maybe...The Dog Knows.
